Katara felt the light tug of his fingers twining in her hair, and the action surprised her-- immediately her eyes shot up to look up at Zuko, but seeing how he was simply playing with the kittens, she didn't make any mention of it. That's all it was, wasn't it? A means to entertain the little furballs.
