After Lloyd chewed voraciously on some of his lunch, he set his food down, and grinned. "Oh man, that was really good, Colette! Thanks for showing me. " He noted she wasn't eating her meal, and his brown eyes softened some. "But..we do have a lot to catch up, on, huh? " The flash of pain in his face at seeing her not eat wasn't a joke.

Seeing Colette suffer like this, it was agonizing. He didn't know if there were ways to make the special keycrest from before here, but already his mind was racing towards whatever he could do. The look on her face as he ate, he saw them so clearly now. He had been such an idiot before, not noticing how she had been suffering before..!

Colette had to know..know that her suffering--it was going to come to an end. A happy one. Which is why he looked her right in the eyes and said seriously, "Colette, what's the last thing you remember? "

He couldn't let her continue thinking she had to die for even a second.
