Of course, Rise was already coming up with plans for Noel. She unsubtly looked the other girl up and down, making mental notes as to which features could be dressed up or dressed down. Noel was adorable, which was a major plus.

"Do you ever wear makeup, Noel?" She asked innocently, smiling all the while.
