Her bathing suit was similarly old fashioned, so they were a pretty matching pair at the moment. Pinkie thought it suited him well. Pun intended.

"Great! Lets go!" She walked over to him, taking his hand into hers. "I've never been swimming at night before!" Pinkie looked up to him, a bit concerned. "It's not scary...right?"
