Summary: Gakupo is wining and dining Sigyn to celebrate him gaining a rank. Less wining since she's underage.
A blanket with candles protected by jars surround the blanket on the beach. The wind wasn't too strong, but since it was still winter, there was an extra blanket awaiting Sigyn should she get cold. There was a basket as well filled with finger food in case they need something to nibble on. Gakupo was dressed in a white button down, three-quarter sleeved shirt with dark blue jeans and dress shoes, waiting next to the designated area eagerly. He looked over the scene he prepared, wondering if it would be good enough. He cared for Sigyn a lot, and with his penchant for perfection, it wasn't surprising that he was adjusting some things.
