Goodbye Dollet and Thanks for All the Fish! (backdated to Sept 28)
Characters: EVERYONE!!! And any "local" NPCs you want to make up
Location: A warehouse down by the wharf
Rating: G+? idk people will do as they will do
Open/Closed/Finished: Open
Summary: It's an excuse to pump dance music really really loudly, tbh.
The party was put together ridiculously fast, but everyone who decided to help went all out, and the place is pretty damn awesome. There are refreshments, strobe lights, a loudass music setup, and lots of space to dance. Come on in and have a blast! Garden will be sailing off in the morning, and then it's back to school. Time to get in that last hurrah!

(Geez, he didn't even care about music and he could tell this wasn't it.)
The latter wasn't going to last much longer if he had any say in it, though. The instant he thought he'd noticed Rainbow turn her head, maybe to greet someone else or just to take in the atmosphere, he was already halfway out the door.

"You know, you could TRY to enjoy yourself," she said, with a cheerful grin and absolutely no belief that he'd take that as anything other than something to snarl about.

She started to tug him towards the dance floor, and really it's anyone's guess if she was serious, or if she just wanted to tease him a little.

She didn't expect him to agree, mostly because she was so obviously trying to bait him into using his alchemy just to make him enjoy himself. But she DID love to see him do it.

But he trailed off mid-sentence. Yeah, now that she mentioned it... if he thought he knew what was giving him this headache, he did have more options than to just grin (or scowl) and bear it, didn't he?
The realisation was all the encouragement he needed. Purposefully, coattails trailing behind him, he made a beeline for the nearest speaker.

"Sorry. You can go."

"Don't apologise. You go have fun."

But after a moment or two, despite his words, he did take a few unenthusiastic steps closer.

"Just undoing it? You've got no ambition." Off he went, towards the punch bowl. "Let's see..."

On reaching the punch bowl, he peered over at it for a second, before turning aside and casually swiping one of the cups.
