Goodbye Dollet and Thanks for All the Fish! (backdated to Sept 28)
Characters: EVERYONE!!! And any "local" NPCs you want to make up
Location: A warehouse down by the wharf
Rating: G+? idk people will do as they will do
Open/Closed/Finished: Open
Summary: It's an excuse to pump dance music really really loudly, tbh.
The party was put together ridiculously fast, but everyone who decided to help went all out, and the place is pretty damn awesome. There are refreshments, strobe lights, a loudass music setup, and lots of space to dance. Come on in and have a blast! Garden will be sailing off in the morning, and then it's back to school. Time to get in that last hurrah!

"I owe you thanks, by the way."

"Just thanks?"

"To put it simply, my sweet, you saved me." Which was close enough to the truth that he didn't see a reason to say otherwise. "If you want something from me, name it, and I'll do everything in my power to see it done."
no subject
"There aren't many things I truly want that are attainable, or have not been already attained. However, I do have one wish."
no subject
"Aye? What's that?"
no subject
"DON'T do that again." Not that she wouldn't help him if he did.
no subject
"A-aye."
Next time he would do it himself somehow. There was no use risking the lives of others for a car. Even if it was Blue Minuet. But he'd move it. He would find a way, somehow.
no subject
But not him.

It was fine that she didn't get it. He grinned at her words while she straightened his shirt and tried to push the cold inside him to more managable levels since they didn't matter right now. Instead he cupped her chin with his fingers.
"You're a dream, sweetheart." And he meant it. Sometimes a nightmare, true, but not always. Sometimes she was just too damn sweet. He gave her a brief kiss to the forehead.

Maybe she wouldn't 'get it', but she understood, and simply refused to let something that could be replaced be the reason for potentially losing family. "The naughty kind~?"
no subject
"Maybe some day I'll tell you about her. But tonight I think I'll just steal the next dance if you'll have me."
no subject
Grell smoothed her fingers over his jawline lightly with a smile, which was soon replaced with a look of skepticism. "That depends on the next selection."
no subject
He playfully nips at her fingers, pushing aside all talk of cars and recent trauma. She looks like she needs fun tonight and, damnit, so does he.
no subject
"I think I would doubt you ability to dance with ME to anything."
no subject
"If it's you, I'll always find a way, sweet lady."

[he bows his head and slows to a stop as the music does. The next song is a fast paced, eccentric dance song and he thinks for only a second before tugging Grell into a spinning kind of dance, moving at a fast pace and making sure she can just keep up and learn the steps before switching into something entirely different]
no subject
Just the sort of thing she needs!]
no subject
Thank you for the dance, mademoiselle.
[a grin]
Now what's to stop me from throwing you over my shoulder and having my wicked way with you?
no subject
Not very much. So long as your desk is involved~!
no subject
[an idea]
I wonder how much he would kill us if we tied him up.
