Character(s): Ace D. Monkey, Remy leBeaux
Location: Secret area of the Training Center
Rating: PG-13?
Open/Closed/Finished: Closed
Summary: Two men - one a bored lunatic, one a professional - meet up to discuss business which may or may not involve petty vengeance for no real reason.
Ace probably would have been pissed off that Gambit was already five minutes late for the meeting, but he hadn't been entirely certain the guy was going to turn up in the first place - so naturally, he'd brought along one of his textbooks to revise with, and a few snacks. It was hard work, this plotting stuff.
"Stupid inertia," he muttered, resisting the urge to set fire to the physics textbook. He'd thought tests would be done with once he finished his officer's exams, but noooo. Instead he had to sit around in the dark, using a small flashlight to cram a bunch of stuff he'd never use, because the guy just wasn't turning up. At least the food was good.

He stepped into the secret area smoking a cigarette, a careless stride to his gate. And there was Ace, waiting where he was supposed to be.
"My deepest apologies, homme."

OMG SO SORRY FOR LATENESS~
SORRY FOR EVEN MORE LATENESS D: *kicks laptop*
"Basically, Commander Leonhart is a dick and pissed me off. It doesn't really matter how or why. I want to make his life hell for a few weeks and the easiest way I can do that is if I have access to his quarters." Oh, the things he could do to that sword...
"The problem is that I couldn't hack my way in to save my life, which means I'll need someone to distract the Commander while his door's unlocked. You create an explosion to get him away from his door and distracted for a while, I get in, and that's it. Not hard, is it?"
He shrugs. It's a spur of the moment plan and he'd rather recruit someone who could get him in without having to rely on Squall entering the code first, but...
"Unless you have a better idea? Gotta admit, I haven't exactly done a lot of breaking and entering that doesn't involve kicking the doors down."
heh yeah, we both fail. That's awesome.
"Hang on just a minute, homme. You wanna break into de Commander's room? What sort of payment are we talkin'?"
ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffuuuu- and I'm back >:| FOR GOOD, THIS TIME
"Now that depends what you want, Gambit. How about I turn a blind eye to any and all of your gambling, no mater how much of a profit you start raking in?"
It was an opening move, but Ace was starting to think up rather bigger plans than some one-off little prank. It just depended what Gambit was willing to give, and what he wanted to take.
