[Even though the cadets were all on vacation, the Headmaster was still cooped up in his office with his paperwork. After a thorough review of the last document, Cid signed the last page and placed the pen down on the desk with a relieved sigh.]

[Gakupo was on his way to the Headmaster's office, wanting to tie up a few things before he could relax with everyone else. The ideas he and Selphie thought up together needed to be brought to reality. It was a bit nostalgic, seeing the Headmaster about yet another way to bring people together and make them smile.

He made it to the office and checked with the secretary that the Headmaster was available before continuing on and knocking on the door lightly.]

[Upon hearing the knock on his door, Cid straightened up and shuffled the papers on his desk to tidy up a bit.]

Come in, please!

[Gakupo stepped inside and offered a light smile, closing the door behind him. He went to stand in front of his desk and gave a well practiced salute.]

Headmaster, it's good to see you again, sir.

Ah, Cadet Kamui! At ease. [He returned the smile, and waved a hand to gesture the seat in front of his desk.]

Please, have a seat. What can I help you with today?

Thank you, sir. [He sat down before speaking again.]

I hope I'm not intruding on your time. I've come to share a few, or a lot of, ideas SeeD Selphie and myself have come up with for the sponsorship games.

Of course not! In fact, you caught me at just the right time.

[He leaned back in his chair as he folded his hands over his stomach, a small smile on his lips]

Ah, sponsorship games? Do tell me these ideas.

[Gakupo smiles softly before digging into his bag for his notebook, opening to the page where the ideas were.]

The first idea that came up was Homecoming Week; a week of supporting one's sponsorship that will lead up to the sponsorship games. we thought that each sponsorship would need to come up with colors, a motto, and mascot to show their support all through the week. There could be a vote on the best of each, and whichever sponsorship gets the most points could have it added to the final scores for the games.

The next one was actually a cluster of ideas, specifically for the games. Tug of War, Three Legged Relay race where students are assigned a partner at random from their sponsorship--[Pauses to look up.] Selphie suggested that if there are uneven numbers, we could let people participate twice. [Continues on.] A scavenger hunt, where students will need to locate different items hidden around the Garden.

[Looks up again with a charming smile.] This is where the faculty comes into play, including yourself, Headmaster, if possible.

We'd like to ask the faculty to donate various items for the hunt. Also, if they can, we'd like to have some faculty as judges during the competitions. Commander Leonhart has already volunteered his services.

However, we've yet to establish rules for the games. It is a given that no magic or special powers be used with the intention of cheating. We have not come up with an area large enough to accommodate all of this and the number of people that will attend.

[And he's done.] Your thoughts, Headmaster?

[The Headmaster perks up at the mention of the Commander and he leans forward, arms resting against the desk.]

The Commander "volunteered"? Most fascinating... I have yet to hear of this from him personally.

[Cid strokes his chin for a moment, thoughtful on the matter, and then nods curtly.]

Allow me to speak further with the Commander on his participation. And then I will gather the Faculty for a meeting. The decision should take no longer than a week, Cadet Kamui.

[Pauses for a brief moment.] Yes... yes. This sounds like a wonderful idea. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

Is there anything else, then, young cadet?

[Gakupo shook his head negatively.] No, that's all, Headmaster.

[Cid nods and gives him a slight smile.]

Remember. One week from now.

Understood. [Smiles softly before standing, giving the Headmaster a salute.] You as well, sir.

[Turns to leave, hoping things would go alright for these plans.]
