[ Come along, Pond! was written on a pamphlet of Dollet, with a wide circle around the picture of the beach. He'd sent Skitty to deliver it to Amy, since, of course, he tried to stay as far away from Amy's dorm as he could. To him, she was a married woman, but to her, well... it seemed like she was still stuck before the events of the Pandorica. which was, of course, bad, in a normal sense, but this wasn't normal. they were in another dimension, in another world. it was very bad, indeed. However, the Doctor stood on the beach, enjoying the sea breeze as it tossed his hair and blew in his face. He'd omitted his tweed jacket, for once. It was far too warm for it. he was, however, prepared. with his mind. maps? pshaw. who needed maps when there were locals? ]

Well, that sounds like fish and chips... hm. Seems a tad bit more Japanese.

[ furrows her brows, tilting her head. ]

Yeah, what is all this? I'm not sure I know. Suppose we should just try it.

[ she'll treat him at the pub. ]

About. So we're making the most of it. We've got to keep out of trouble.

[ a pause. ]

Where do you want to sonic and enter first, Amy?

[sharp]

[ ... so she can drink more for herself. ]

Badly? [ laughs. ] I don't know. I most definitely want to go back to the beach later. But whatever else there is. I saw some shops, but I'm sure there's got to be something else hidden - you know, something for you to sonic into.

That's the spirit! Come on, now, this is a city, there's got to be something important. We'll find that out in a mo'.

Got to have some back alleys and underground rooms, right? [ puckers her lips and lifts her eyebrow. ooh mysterious. ] ...VIP parties. Or something.

Exactly! [ takes up their order, giving her a basket of fried shrimp, battered and fried codfish, and a bit of chicken on top of a nice load of thin fries. ]

[sharp]

Ooh. [ leans forward, looking into the basket. it actually looks really good. she picks up a piece to give it a try. ] We were right. Nice choice.

[ takes a seat in front of her, putting the change in his pocket. with a little crunch, he makes a satisfied noise. ]

Not bad.

[sharp]

'Course it's nothing compared to back home. [ but she continues to pick and munch at it. ] We had this one place in Leadworth. Sooo good.

[ look at his surprised face. what, something in Leadworth that's somewhat exciting? ]

What? We've got more than a post office, you know. [ exciting? no. delicious? yes. ] But when I say one, I mean one.

[ she raises her eyebrow at him, and then continues eating. whatevs, doctor. ]
