Summary: This dream of Minato's first summoning is brought to you by the Velvet Room, for all your fusing needs!

You see yourself inside an unfamiliar room. It looks, for all intents and purposes, like the SeeD Commander's office, only it's lit in an eerie blue light, coming from the windows as though the room were moving through a train.

There's an old man seated in front of you. He has a disturbingly long nose and eyes that could look into your very soul. At the moment, he appraises your presence with curiosity, as though you're not supposed to be here, yet it's not completely a bad thing.

A haunting melody plays in the background.

Whoa. Where was that music coming from and, more importantly, why was it playing in the background? The room was strange too. Guy couldn't remember being anywhere near a place like this before, well, falling asleep in the middle of the hallways.

He notices the old man with the very strange features a few moments later. He almost blurts out a question to air his confusion over the whole situation, but finds that the only one who could hear when he did was him.

What the hell?

The old man seemed to find Guy's confusion entertaining, as he gave an eerie grin before he finally started talking.

"Welcome, young man, to the Velvet Room. My name is Igor... I am delighted to make your acquaintance. This place exists between dream and reality... mind and matter..."

He paused for a moment, stroking his nose tenderly, as though considering something.

"Only those who have signed a Contract can enter this place. However, current circumstances appear to have allowed for an exception in your case. Unless you are granted the opportunity of viewing the memories of another of my guests in the future, I sadly doubt we may meet again. To commemorate this rare occasion, allow me to show you the awakening of one of my most esteemed guests. I'm sure you will find the experience enlightening."

As he finished saying his piece, the lights around and outside the room dimmed to nothing. Afterwards, Guy may sense that he's not in Igor's presence any longer.

The dream is far from over, however.
