Summary: This is a trial thread for Yurka for the second sample of Noel Vermillion's application. Headmaster Cid welcomes a new arrival to the Final Fantasy VIII world.

[ Every day, more potential cadets arrived at Balamb Garden. It was a steadier stream than what the staff were used to, but the Headmaster saw a delight in having the opportunity to help those that had been misplaced from their homes. He looked at the list again, double-checking the name of the next candidate before reading it aloud. ]

Lietenant, is it? I'm sorry to hear about your world's tragedies. However, your experience with combat and the military sounds promising.

Ah... Bolverk. Bolverk is my Nox Nyctores... I've had it for a long time...

When I fight with Bolverk, it's almost as if it takes control of me... s-sometimes I'm not even sure if I'm ever in control at all...

Are you in control now? Are you able to make the distinction?

Y-Yes. It's only during combat... I'm positive that I'm in control of my actions otherwise...

[She shifted her eyes nervously, hoping she didn't give off the wrong idea, there.]

[ He looks concerned to hear the information. After a pause, he speaks again. ]
