[Laguna is standing outside of the Palace with Kiros and Ward nearby, looking eager as ever as he glances around expectantly for the large group of cadets and SeeD he had invited. Spotting them making their way down the pathway, Laguna begins to wave frantically.]

[As much as Squall is not really looking forward to this dinner and tour, it would be rude and set a bad example (not only making him look bad) if he had chosen to not attend. But he's there and he nods at Laguna, arms folded over his chest before looking at the Presidential Palace to take it in, twenty years later.]

[Oh, son. Laguna is especially glad to see you! He'd been nervous on whether or not Squall would actually accept the invitation for the tour and dinner, but seeing him heading the group has Laguna grinning widely.

He waves off Squall's thanks with a careless gesture of his hands.]

Not at all, glad to have you and the rest of the gang! How's everything been going?

[Ronnae blushes and quickly bows low, her long ponytails almost brushing the floor before she straightens up and smiles timidly.]

[So polite! Even after years of being the leader of a country, a simple gesture as a bow still has Laguna feeling awkward. But he grins, a hand reaching back to scratch the back of his head.]
