But you can bet before we're through
Character(s): Apollo (Jones), Ron Weasley
Location: Cafeteria => maybe Balamb Town
Rating: PG-13 for possible innuendos and Apollo being... Apollo.
Open/Closed/Finished: Closed
Summary: Apollo has decided that Ron needs life lessons in how to bag a woman and become a manly man. So what better way than toharrass meet the kid and show him the ropes?
After one particularly disturbing conversation with Cadet Weasley, Apollo knew he had to take matters into his own hands. How could one guy fail so badly at wanting to date a girl and then sleep with her? Multiple times? Surely he wasn't gay; Apollo would've sensed that by now, even through text. No, this kid just needed some guidance. And who better than the Greek god of youth and awesomeness to teach him the ropes?
It just... took a while to happen. In-between dating random girls in town - and out of town, he wasn't picky - he just managed to keep forgetting. And forgetting. Eventually, maybe a whole month later, he'd finally remember the next time he saw Cadet Weasley in the cafeteria. He really should've guessed the kid would've been living in here, especially once the food got good.
As he approached the kid, Apollo couldn't help giving him a playful salute as he slid in the chair next to the Cadet. "Hey, kid," he grinned. "You got a moment?"

With his left cheek stuffed with food Ron glanced over at the instructor who decided to suddenly grace his table. "Er - hey," was Ron's way of greeting. He nodded and chewed his food, swallowing. "Reckon I could spare a few, sure."
Ron then dug back into his meal, casting a glance at Apollo.

"So here's my dilemma: I've got a super-hot date tonight. And I'm not really sure what I should do or where I should take her or even what to do at the end..." Here, he paused mainly for dramatic effect. "If you were me, what would you do?"
Of course, Apollo knew all the correct answers - and if Weasley ever got a date, Weasley had to have a smoking hot date - so this "pop quiz" should be a piece of cake!

The question had Ron pausing in mid-chew. He furrowed his brow as he thought the scenario over. What would he do? Ron tried to picture himself with Hermione as his 'super-hot date' and what they would do. The rut in his brow deepened-- nothing was coming to mind. It most likely had to be one of those 'in-the-moment' things with them, unless she had something planned.
"...dunno. Reckon you're on your own there, mate."
Stargazing? A walk? Girls like walks and holding hands, don't they?
Great, Apollo. Now Ron was beginning to think about it...
