(no subject)

Character(s): Conner Kent (Young Justice Animated) and Conner Kent (DC Comics)

Location: Dorm Room/A119

Rating: PG/PG-13 at most?

Open/Closed/Finished: Closed

Summary: Half Kryptonian/multiverse twin brotherly bonding times???

Conner waits anxiously for the other Conner to show up, making a mental checklist of things he'd want to ask. He wonders if it would be better just to...sort of trade their life story before asking any questions. He sits on his bed, letting out a nervous breath. Nervous, but a little excited for sure. Their first meeting had been a surprise, but not altogether a bad one. And it was amicable enough that he could think about it without having bad flashbacks of Match or even that one time when he met several versions of himself.

No, this was something altogether different and he's looking forward to how it pans out.

Conner stands outside of room A119. Bright blue eyes sit on the name plate above the keypad. The light is red which indicates that the door is locked. It means Conner will have to knock, but he doesn't make a move to do just that. He's also feeling a little anxious and unsure, one of the major reasons for why he's hesitating. It can't be helped, he had already agreed to meet and speak with him. Maybe he should just ... turn away and not bother, but what if this Superboy has things to tell him, things the G-gnomes never knew or thought to implant into his memory?

What if this Superboy knew Superman on a more personal level and could help him?

A deep breath and Conner reaches out to knock twice on the door. He stands there and waits, head lowered.

;-; it's okayyyy!

It really is a bit unsettling still for Conner to see someone who looks nearly identical to him. In Cadmus he had never seen any of the other Superman clones. It's obvious that they'd made others, the other teen standing in front of him proof of that, but they must have been kept under tight lock and key if only now was the first time Conner was seeing one outside of the laboratory. Maybe it's obvious that Conner's unsure of the other Superman clone, looking at him and quietly wondering to himself if he should even be here.

Kon is smiling at him, should he smile back? Nope, Conner doesn't. "I said I would."

Conner then steps into the common room of Kon's dorm room. His bright blue eyes look around, taking in the furniture and whatever is laying around. They might look alike but... there has to be some differences.

Looking to the chair Conner doesn't give it a second thought. He shakes his head and folds his arms over his chest, standing next to it instead. "Why aren't you surprised? Are there... more of the Superman clone? Uh- us I mean."

"This is my first time with--" A hand wave. "--a multiverse. Thing..."

Conner goes silent and looks around the room again. "...what is it like?" he then asks as he looks over to the other clone again.

"Batman's..." Conner trails off. "But Robin...?"

"And the other... Superboys?" Conner wants to hear all about them.

Now Conner decides to sit in the previously offered seat. "And Superman?"

If there were lots of Superboys then there had to be lots of Supermans (SUPERMEN ljd;gls whichever)... right?

"Superman turned... from the Light?" He straightens up in his chair and knits his brows together.

The whole reason behind why Conner was created in the first place was to either destroy or help Superman. Why hadn't the other Superboy destroyed Superman then if he had turned away from the Light?
