Hehee, guess I've just been purrty busy lately. [Being his close meant that already she was beginning o feel a little strange, but for the moment she tried to ignore it...even though she had to admit, a part of her was curious about what Jade might be hiding.]

Deliciously fine. Kinda having--

[ The hollow voice coming from Jade of all people is a bit eerie.
She's actually infuriated.
Mostly at David.

Right now she wants more than anything to smack the fuck out of him.
And then maybe knee him for good measure.
Anger anger anger -- fear?
That too. ]

[Nepeta looks a little taken back by this surge of emotions. She has sort of started to understand just what all this newfound ability entails, but that such feelings are coming from Jade of all people are what shocks her.

Then again, even Dave had his fears, his worries. Everyone did.]

Jade? Are you sure you're okay?

[ No, she's really scared. She's not sure what she's doing because there's a voice in her head and it won't stop talking and how does she make it go away? ]

[Even without this strange vision Nepeta would have been able to call her bluff. She recalled how kind Jade had been when she had had her panic attack a couple days back and quietly took ahold of her sleeve.]

Hey. It's ok. If something is bothering you, purrhaps I can help?

[ She has a long, pregnant pause.
And then she sighs.

Yes, she wants to tell her so many things. It'd be nice to not have to pretend every once and awhile.
So she nods. ]

[Her hand tentatively goes from holding Jade's sleeve, to her hand to give it a gentle squeeze and guides her somewhere they can sit]

Jade's not sure how she feels about David, she's not sure how she feels about Jade and she hates being the only person with so many feelings that she can't share. ]
