Location: Meeting at Sharpay's Room then going to Balamb Town
Rating: PG-13 for maybe swearing
Open/Closed/Finished: Closed
Summary: Dick has an overdue date he promised. It's about time they had enough free time to finally have it.
Things seems to have settled a bit at the Garden. It's nice to finally have some extra free time again.
Speaking of extra time, he owed Sharpay a date from quite awhile ago. It's unfortunate that their schedules seemed to have clashed pretty terribly, but they finally settled on a time and date. It's why he's heading to Sharpay's dormitory room. He's dressed nicely for the occassion. The weather is rather nice today, thankfully. There would really have to be some freak accident for things to go wrong.
He gives a polite knock on her door, swaying back and forth on the balls of his feet. He has a bouquet of flowers in his right hand. It wouldn't be a date if he didn't bring flowers right? Even if this really is just two instructors having a day out honestly. "Sorry if I was a little late."

"Easy, Boi," Sharpay called, following him. "Okay, sit. Stay."
Only when she was sure he wouldn't jump up on her guest did she open the door, and even then, Boi was still on his feet sniffing at Dick.
"You're not late at all," she said with a smile. "I'm really sorry about Boi; he likes meeting new people--"
She knelt, ready to catch her dog if he jumped.
"Boi, this is Dick Grayson; Dick, this is Boi."
And then she saw the flowers and completely lit up.
"You didn't have to!"
It's fine! Also, jfc LJ.
"Of course I did. What type of date would it be if I didn't even bring flowers?"
Dick probably looked like more of a child with how his face lit up at the pet dog though. "You don't have to apologize. I like animals. I just never really got to own any." Did circus animals count as owning them? "He's cute though."

"I'll just put these in some water..."
As she wanders off to put the flowers away, Boi starts wagging his tail and sniffing Dick.
"I've had Boi for years," Sharpay calls out from her kitchenette, finding a vase. "I'm just lucky he came here with me."
