Summary: It's a wedding!



Grell, who was pacing back and forth in her wedding dress, awaited her fate during the final moments of her freedom. It was just a few feet away in a room just off to the side from the ballroom. She was nervous, because the big day finally came. All she had to do was wait for an escort to go down the aisle.

This wedding was severely impromptu. Not all the details had been finalized. Right now, she could care less about food and guests.

Grell looked...as demure as she can get, which was saying something since that word hardly exists in her vocabulary. She looked ahead and saw Marco, looking rather cleaned up without any sort of tie. Even Espio wore one! Okay, whatever, it just meant less to fiddle with after the wedding.

As the Wedding March played for her stroll down the aisle, it took Grell most of her energy to walk with dignity and not rush there to the from, with or without the Headmaster. Pops was there as well, which was very reassuring. Grell smiled, hoping that nothing would ruin their day. Or so help them it I'll be Carrie up in here.

Standing up just by Marco's side, Espio is pretty much forcing himself to keep his hands still - it's so hard not to fidget with the shirt collar and the tie, both of which are (in his opinion) too tight.

Once the Wedding March starts, he turns his attention straight to Grell who... is clearly making an effort to walk with dignity, given that Espio's pretty sure she just wants to get up here already. He half wants to make some sort of comment about that dress, but since he doesn't want this to turn into some kind of chainsaw massacre, he restrains himself.

Instead, he offers her a small smile.

[When he turns to see Grell walking down the aisle (holy shit was this seriously happening slknfsg), he straightened up and smiled down at her. He had only known her a short time, but couldn't help feeling just a bit nervous. It helped she was marrying Marco, so he knew without a doubt she'd be fine.

Knowing Marco would be a little, if not completely nervous, he pats his on the shoulder, giving him a knowing nod.

"It'll be okay, kid."]

[Grell makes it to the front of the aisle, giving a soft smile to the Headmaster for walking with her. Her attention goes to Marco, wondering if he's as nervous as she is.]

[Luckily whatever nerves Marco has are pretty much settled between the simple gesture from his captain, seeing Grell looking fairly pleased at least, and his brother's grin.]

Thanks guys. [Quietly muttered before grinning at Grell reassuringly. It was all going smoothly and would turn out awesome, because he said so.]

[This is getting more than just interesting. It's almost... kind of exciting in a way. When Marco mutters, he just shoots him a knowing smile again. C'moooooon kid, lighten up.]

[The grin Marco gives works as she stands at his side, casting glances to Marco because he looks fantastic in a suit.]

[Grell nods, holding onto those hands. They seem a lot more steady than hers.]

Are you?

[Nods.] I think I have been since I first asked you.

[:| That's a lie. But with his Pops just being nearby he feels brave enough to do literally anything.]

[LIE TO HER LIKE YOU LOVE HER. She needs that right now. A soft hue comes across her face before she looks over to Pops, letting him know they were ready.]
