Summary: Hunting after a Guardian force.

It had taken them longer than Chika had expected for all of them to get ready for the mission, but now they were finally in Dollet. She had to admit that it was a nice city, but now wasn't the time to sight see at all.

Chika clenched her gloved fists for a moment, before turning to the rest of the group. Since well... Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle were obviously non-human, Chika decided that having Piyomon hid in the digivice while they were in the city would've been pointless. "Okay, so far we don't really have that many clues to go off of. All we have is that there's interference at the radio tower, and that it's recommended that we start there." She paused for a few moments, knowing the looks some of the locals were giving them. "Anyway, we should get moving. I don't think wasting time's going to look good on us."

She looked over at Selphie. "You've been to Dollet before, right? Do you know where the radio tower is, or are we going to need to ask around?"

"Okay, you're the boss, so I'm following your direction," Rainbow said, as she grabbed Tank from midair and redirected him away from crashing into a wall at full flight speed. "I got some of that potion if you want me and Twilight to be more subtle here. Just so you know. Otherwise, I just want to smash some monsters."

Rainbow was... well, in a bit of a grouchy mood.

Selphie found it a little ironic that they would be heading back to Dollet's Communication Tower. That was back where everything had begun for her and she was genuinely curious about what sorts of changes had been made to the tower since her time. She nods slowly before walking out to take point for the group.

"If we head for the Dollet hotel, there's a road that leads up to the Communication Tower. There's a ton of monsters up there and we'll be heading off into the mountain area behind the city."

Selphie glances over to Rainbow and shrugs. She hasn't been to Dollet in a long time and isn't entirely sure how the locals will react to two talking ponies, a SeeD cadet and a SeeD on the hunt for a new Guardian Force. "I dunno how the locals will feel so it's up to you guys."

She's thinking that it could be worse but an unknown GF in familiar territory isn't so bad.

Twilight isn't exactly sure about that either, but it's more than likely that 'fear and suspicion' is really high on the list of possible reactions. There was a reason she didn't go to the city when they were on break there months ago.

"Well, you are more familiar with the area than I am, so if there are in fact 'a ton of monsters' I think I'd prefer to be as comfortable as possible."

Besides, if she got mobbed she could probably just teleport out.

Chika blinks, frowning a bit. "Right, there's a 'turn into a human' potion for you two. I didn't remember about that," she admits.

But she shakes her head. "But honestly, I think it might be more trouble than it's worth. I mean, there's supposed to be monsters between the town and the Communication Tower. I mean, it's probably better to have you two be normal so that you can fight them rather than have you be human and be handicapped because of it." She pauses, turning to Piyomon. "Besides, some of them already saw us, so they'd know that we're not all human anyway."

Piyomon nodded. "Yeah. I mean, what's the worse that can really happen. People might just glare at us? I doubt anyone here would attack people who are clearly working with or for Garden."

Chika turned back to the others. "Yeah. I mean, unless you two know how to fight as human's as well as you do as ponies, I definitely think we shouldn't bother."

Hopefully this won't come back to bite them in the rear.

"Of course I can fight as well as a human," Rainbow said, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. "Actually, karate's a little easier in a human body, if anything. Can't fly, though, and I do kind of hate that. Still, me'n'Tank have got any situation you can come up with under control!"

Selphie spotted a group of young girls whispering in the corner and pointing at their ragtag group. She sends a pointed glare in their direction and beams as they quit their yapping and carry on with whatever they were doing beforehand. Pony or human, it made no difference to her. Regardless, it's been over twenty years since Selphie was last here and while appearances might be the same, they could still deceive them.

Good thing they happen to have the fastest pony with them. "Hey RD, any chance your scouting skills are as good as your flying skills?"

"I'm sure she's up to it."

Twilight had nothing but confidence in her friend, that was for sure. What wasn't quite as certain was whether she should be answering for her; they were supposed to be equals in this team.

Chika nodded. "We should definitely figure out what we're doing before we continue though," she said. "... I know Dash's says she's good to go, but what about you Twilight?"

Piyomon looked around. "Well, whatever we decide on doing, we should do it soon. Especially if I'm going to need to hide in the Digivice until we get to the tower."

"Where're we headed? I'll fly ahead and check it out!" Heck, waiting for orders was practically the only thing holding Rainbow back; she's about a dozen feet off the ground, and if the phrase could be forgiven, chomping at the bit with eager impatience.

"Awesome, RD!"

Selphie wassn't used to the leading thing but she hoped to do a much better job than her first mission as Squad Leader. There would be nobody getting blown up and no self-destruct sequences initiated. While she was thinking these thoughts, Selphie pointed up to the Communication Tower in the background.

"See that tower in the mountains? That's our destination. There should be a path that leads up to it but the last time I was up there, it was one non-stop monster party. We need to know what the current monster population is like. After that, we can blow 'em all up to smithereens and do Dollet a favour while we're here."

"Just as I thought."

No point fidgeting now, Twilight will just wait for Rainbow to be done scouting.

Chika nods as she looks over between everyone for a moment. "Okay, that definitely seems like it's the best idea right now. Piyomon, you mind going with her?"

Piyomon shrugged. "If you think we won't need me to evolve then I'm find with it."

"Well, as long as you both are just going to look, I don't think it's going to be much of a problem," Chika said. After all, other than that damned Island during break, most of the monsters she had seen hadn't really been that strong. Even if she was avoiding T-Rexaurs in the training center.

"Come on, Piyomon! Try to keep up!"

She shot off like a rocket, though she did a loop in midair to slow herself down enough for Piyomon to catch up. What can she say, she's eager!

Piyomon sighed, taking to the air and moving to follow Rainbow Dash. Hopefully he wouldn't have any problems keeping up. He was sure that Rainbow Dash wouldn't be able to bring herself to slow down for long...
