(no subject)

Character(s): Quistis Trepe, Celty Sturluson
Location: Outside the library, Balamb Garden
Rating: PG
Open/Closed/Finished: Closed
Summary: Celty is looking for a SeeD supervisor for the Cooking Club, and luckily stumbles upon Quistis outside the library.

Quistis had been relatively surprised by the number of responses she had received on her latest post to the BBS in regard to tutoring sessions-- she hadn't been too sure that anyone would be interested when she considered the idea, but had gone ahead and offered her aid anyways. Now with a rather solid number of students who she had scheduled appointments to meet with, Quistis felt it was necessary for her to brush up on a couple of the subjects the cadets had requested help in. While she was mostly confident in her knowledge of the subjects provided by the academy, she didn't see any harm in reviewing her facts-- twenty years have passed, after all, and there might have been advancements she has yet to learn of.

She had spent most of the afternoon pouring over books in the library, and now that evening was approaching, Quistis felt it was time to head back to her room to freshen up a bit before making her way to dinner. With a stack of books tucked neatly beneath an arm, the SeeD made her way out of the library and towards the elevator which would lead her back to her dorm.

She tilted her neck back some, a bit nervous about all the details, sketchy on them to say the least. She keyed in her response, fingers moving a bit slower as she chose her words carefully, trying to maintain her respect for the the SeeD member.

"We are not sure on meeting times, and we are scheduled to have a conference with the headmaster for clearance to"

"use the cafeteria. I just figured, it would be good to have a supervisor for our group."

She tipped her head back to position and watched Quistis's expressions carefully, trying to read her some. She was sure her lack of knowledge was making her look a bit foolish, but she had only been here for a about a weeks time at this point and trying to make a club at this stage was a fairly daunting task for such a greenhorn in this establishment.

Celty slumped a bit, obviously relieved by Quistis's words. It was obvious that the biker gear clad woman had been rather stressed out about all of this club business. At the mention of the headmaster, she begins typing again, her visor reflecting the keys, though she had no real need to look at them.

"I have a meeting with him soon, and if I may, I will use those same words to persuade him."

Youth. That did indeed seem important to the people of this world too. She wondered for a second what kind of deeds the mercenaries were really going to do later on... What dark fates awaited them all? Regardless, she was going to do what was necessary to stay with him. Even if it meant learning how to kill and bake at the same time.

"Thank you so much for your time. You saved me."

She bowed, then corrected herself and saluted.
