[Sitting at the head of the table is the Headmaster. He holds the newsletter in hand, glancing over it while he waits for his SeeDs and Instructors to arrive. A clipboard sits at his side while there are pitchers of ice-cold water and glasses set in the center for anyone who finds themselves thirsty in the middle of the meeting.]

It is a rather troubling matter if the rumors are true.

Even with Galbadia's track record, we can't assume the rumor is true until we see some more evidence on the matter-- if we point fingers with just the words of cadets as our proof, it won't do us any good.

I know that. I wasn't suggesting we leap on it or anything. Just that I, at least, think it's true, so even if we can't bring it out from lack of proof, we should still prepare for it here.
