Summary: BEACH PARTY

Three days of sun, sand, and complete, unbridled fun--that was what Kiden had advertised, and she'd delivered. The slice of bright blue beach Nida had found for them stretched on one side into cliffs and a cove on the other, sheltered enough to be easily defensible but open enough not to make them targets. If they felt like exploring, well, the wildlife wasn't too much of a hassle, and apparently the jungle is lovely?

They had tents, food and drinks (lots of drinks) and plenty of other interesting things to last for the next three days--and Kiden, for one, was planning to make the most of it.

I was just hoping for something a little more interesting than passing boredom, to be honest. Likely concern was off-center from the possibilities a bit, but you can't fault a bloodthirsty undead adolescent for trying.

Trying to put on sunblock while you're half-drunk, half-sleep deprived and maybe had a bite of a 'special' brownie. I mean, on the one hand, the world is pretty awesome right now, but on the other, goddamn, this is tough.

Banking on magical demi-goddess powers of materialization.) with the laziest look ever. Yep. Leave the tent setting up and things to the two. She needed a break.

[Zephyr's usually one to avoid alcoholic drinks, but someone last night (read: Kiden) had managed to slip some of the stuff into his sodas. All of them. Having conked out from said alcohol, though, he's not as tired as Kiden, even if he's sporting a bigger headache.

He also has a brownie in his hands as he wanders over to where she is. It's not one of his own, though, seeing as having this bad of a headache is screwing around with his baking powers--everything keeps tasting weird. In any case, he takes a bite, doesn't notice how it's not one of Megan's, and points at the bottle of sunblock in Kiden's hands.]
