Summary: Once again, Snow is holding office hours!



Didn't matter if you were in his classes or not, really. Snow had claimed a classroom during free hours in the evening, and casually put around word that he was free to talk about any concerns, questions, problems, or general comments the students might have. His class, any class, whatever.

Of course, fellow SeeDs and Instructors could drop by too.

Unusually, this time around, Snow's actually at a desk, writing something. The world might possibly be coming to an end.

"Maybe a little. Let me guess, you're short on money and looking for a way out."

Snow folded his arms on the desk, looking just a bit smug. He wasn't as big a fool as people thought, after all. She'd only been bidding him up to see how much he'd pay, he'd been fairly certain of that during the whole auction.

"Short on money? Please. I have that starter money that they gave me for starting! I can definitely pay it! What kind of troll do you take me for?!" Okay, that was part of the reason. She definitely didn't like her budget cut so thin as soon as she got there, this was true.

But there was more to this. "I just wanted to give you the opportunity to rescue her away just like in one of your fairy tales! Wasn't there one about a troll taking away a pretty young lady to the top of a tower and she grew her hair out and the prince with the hair fetish climbed up it to rescue her? Well, now here's your chance, hero! And technically it's a contract I never really wanted in the first place."

And something else, really deep down, didn't want to have to be forceful to a girl just because she was trying to have some fun. But he didn't need to know that.

Snow grinned broadly. "Trust me, our relationship's already had a rescue or three to cement it. I'm not worried about that. But it would be a shame for you to spend as much of your sponsorship funds on a date with a girl who's already engaged."

Just a little light torment is all he'd ask. Snow was too good-natured to make her go through withit.
